March's core value is compassion!

 

Compassion is being kind and considerate, and showing concern for the well-being of others.  As Americans, we strive after the American Dream and to be as successful as we can.  As we do, we also work toward the common good of those in our communities.  That means that we do not look to be selfish in our pursuits, but look for others to share our wins with.  We can not do this without compassion.

 

Everybody has something valuable to offer and nobody like being left out.
